  • Welcome to SVSPF.org. This website is operated by Shivansh Vaishnavi Special People Foundation (SVSPF). Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to SVSPF.org and Shivansh Vaishnavi Special People Foundation. We offer this website, including all information and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

4. Donation Policy

  • As an NGO, all payments made on SVSPF.org are donations. We do not offer returns or refunds on donations made. Your generosity supports our ongoing programs and initiatives.

6. Accuracy of Information

  • We reserve the right to refuse any donation that appears to be fraudulent or inconsistent with our ethical guidelines or mission. We also reserve the right to use donations at our discretion for any program consistent with our mission.

  • If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions or without a request from us you send ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise, you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us.

  • You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own actions and decisions when making donations and using our services.

  • These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delhi, India (Bharat).
